Today’s Verse:
"Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion.
For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!" - Isaiah 30:18

Prayer for Today :

Heavenly Father,

There was a story called "Three Princes of Serendip" which is an English version of fairy tale based upon the life of Persian King Bahram V, who ruled the Sassanid Empire (420–440). The king has 3 sons and are highly educated. They are well known for being sensitive, looking into every small clue to deduce cleverly about their targets. The three princes have many other adventures, where they continue to display their sagacity, stories-within-stories are told and, of course, there is a happy ending.

Father, isn't you the same with us? You want us to learn, so? Along our lives, You lay down hints, trails, clues, ideas, notes, suggestions and tips. Father, Thank you for helping us to grow, to teach us how to think, to develop wisdom, to use our knowledge... Father, how can we ever Thank you enough for all these?

Father, everyday, there'll be new challenges waiting for us. And every time, we'll ask you "God, You are the most gracious God, show us Your mercy." Father, surely, you'll show us Your compassion, in Your timing. Father, we know that all through our lives, You'll keep showing up to us unexpectedly and changing / fixing things.

Father, You have promised us that the believers who has make You alone the confidence, will be comforted. So we hang on Your promises with patience and preserverance.

In Christ's glorious Name we pray, Amen.
