Today’s Verse:
For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. - Matthew 6:14-15
Prayer for Today :
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for sending Jesus to teach us how to pray. Sometimes, when we tried to pray, our mind just went blank and didn't know where to start, either our lives are exceptionally smooth or extremely rocky...
The Lord's prayer contains 6 petitions and the last three is related to our own concerns, both temporal and spiritual. Today's verse is an important promise which guides us, to a better future. Father, it is written that "If we forgive our brothers and sisters, You will also forgive us, the way we forgive our brothers and sisters." Father, it also echoed with Jesus' characteristics - He came into the world as the great Peace-maker, not only to reconcile us to God, but to each other as well.
Father, this is the day that You have made, we pray that we will rejoice and be glad in it, today and the days ahead.
Father, we pray that You will renew desires of our souls toward You, so that our spirits, souls and also our bodies are refreshed.
Father, we live on spiritual food as well, for this reason, we cannot go a day without food, as without prayer.
Father, have mercy on us, forgiveness is a very challenging gift, help us to master it, as Jesus did.
In Christ's glorious Name we pray, Amen.
Inspired by the prayer from "Hour of Power": Lord, Today I pray for people around the world. I forget my own needs and focus on the needs of others. Lord, bring to my attention faces and voices, minds and lives from lands near and far. What a mixture of human personalities You have created. Send Your Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ, over the nations, crossing all borders and barriers. For this I pray. Amen.

Today’s Verse:
"Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil,
for you are with me." – Psalm 23:4
Prayer for Today :
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for showing Your grace and care to us through Psalm 23:1-6.
Father, Thank you for giving us Jehovah as our shepherd. Everyday, under His watch, He takes us, his flock of sheep and get us fed over gentle, harmless and verdant pastures. Everyday, He leads us to quiet waters (Fountain of living waters), so that we may get our minds and souls refreshed and never be thirty again. Everyday, He shows us mercy and grace by providing us with abundance. Father, indeed, we
have no lack.
Father, it is inevitable for us to pass through some darkest valleys in our lives. Father, though the valley may denote the most severe and terrible affliction etc., we will not fear because we believe our good shepherd. Father, we could walk through these valleys, through Your glory. Indeed, that we shall not be lost in this valley, but get safe to the mountain on the other side, by his rod and his staff.
It is written in Isaiah 43:2 "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze." Father, no matter how gloomy today may seemed, allow us to hold on to Your promises each and everyday and may our days be dwelled in Your fruitfulness and joyfulness.
In Christ's glorious Name we pray, Amen.
