Prayer for Today :
Heavenly Father,
Make haste to help us. Set guards over our mouths, as our tongues may speak evil anytime, as we may speak unadvicedly when our enemies are provoking. Lord, we live in an evil world and You are our only saviour over our hearts, our minds and our souls, so please safeguard our hearts, do not let our hearts turn evil over the bad influence of the world.
Over the years, we spend quiet time with You and praying to You because we know how precious it is to offer this spiritual sacrifice to You. So Father, encourage us to continue to pray to You daily; through our fervent prayer, grant us wisdom in our words, our deeds and our thoughts and our everything, so that we may speak in-line with the teachings of the scripture.
Father, Thankyou for blessing us in the past. By Your grace, may You continue to bless us in the future, continue to help us mastering our minds, so that our behaviour and our speech may be pleasing in Your sight.
